President Trump surprised rallygoers at his reelection kickoff announcement by bringing on stage outgoing White House press secretary Sarah Sanders.
“By the way, a woman who has been so good, so talented, so wonderful and we’re sort of going to be losing her,” Trump said while introducing Sanders at his rally in Orlando, Florida.
Sanders then took the stage to the roar of an estimated 20,000 rally attenders.
“Thank you Mr. President. This has been truly the honor of a lifetime,” Sanders said. “One of the most incredible experiences anybody can ever imagine. And that’s because I’ve had a chance to be on the front row of history and watch you drastically change our country for the better.”
Sanders reiterated that her plan was to spend more time with her family.
“I have a feeling she’s going to be running for a certain gubernatorial position,” Trump said.
