Watch: Bernie Supporters Show Up at Night at Homes of Dem Officials, Yell Warnings at Them With Bullhorns

The far-left folks are all behind Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) and some are not shy about employing far-left tactics against people they think might be in the way of their quest for the nomination for Sanders.

It’s now been reported by Politico that a group of Bernie supporters was involved in harassing Democratic officials, showing up at their homes at night and yelling warnings by bullhorn about not conspiring against Sanders.

Allegedly, the group showed up outside the home of William McCurdy, the chair of the Nevada Democratic Party, at 11:00 p.m., the night before the caucus, calling him out by name and warning him against any “shenanigans” the next day. Maria Estrada, a Los Angeles-based “Berner,” was behind a bullhorn and a flashlight shining in at his house. Another Bernie supporter filmed it.

From Daily Wire:

“William McCurdy, Chair of the Nevada Democratic Party, I want to make sure that you understand why we’re here!” Estrada declares. “I want to make sure that you know that we do not want to see the 2016 election.”

“I want assurances there isn’t going to be any shenanigans going on tomorrow!” she insists. “The Democratic Party does not control what happens. The will of the people is what controls what happens.”

McCurdy ultimately came out and told them their actions had “crossed the line.” Estrada reportedly responded, “If any bullshit happens tomorrow the only person who crossed the line is you.”

McCurdy had to call the police but the Berners were gone by the time the police got there.

But they didn’t just bother McCurdy.

“At least three other times in recent days, Estrada led a group of Sanders supporters who gathered late at night outside the homes of Democratic Party officials and California lawmakers, including those of Secretary of State Alex Padilla and state Democratic Party Chairman Rusty Hicks,” Politico reported Wednesday. “Police were called at least twice.”

In a message to Politico on Facebook, Estrada defended her and her fellow Bernie supporters’ actions, saying, “Protesting is our right — whether they called the police or not is irrelevant.”

Sanders’ aide Jeff Weaver said that the campaign condemns such actions.

But this is a tactic of the radical left and they think norms don’t apply to them. So it’s who some of their supporters are, as we’ve seen.

Estrada is not just a random person, she ran for office in California and did pretty well against the Democratic California Assembly speaker in 2018. She’s gotten in trouble before for comments about Israel, Palestinians (notice the keffiyeh in the video) and comments about Louis Farrakhan. She’s running again this year according to Politico.
