Democrats Turn On The President For This Embarrassing Reason

The Biden Administration is in full damage control after outcry has increased over its dismissal of dozens of staffers because of marijuana use. Press Secretary Psaki has desperately attempted to justify the White House’s reasons.

“What we attempt to do is work with security services who make these decisions about suitability for being in government,” she said during a press conference. “So it is about process not anyone’s point of view.”

The statement has left staffers confused as they were allegedly told their past marijuana use would not disqualify them from employment.

The White House has silenced information detailing the opinions of any current staffers, but one high ranking team member has been unapologetic about her past marijuana use.

During a 2019 interview, Kamala Harris admitted she has used marijuana recreationally. Harris is also a backer of legalization and has claimed that criminalization has had a large affect on the incarceration of black men.

During her time as a California prosecutor, however, Kamala Harris led the charge to lock up those black men for marijuana crimes. This fact was stressed by former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.

“She sent more than 1,500 people to jail for marijuana crimes and then laughed when she was asked about her marijuana usage,” Gabbard said.

Harris has not yet commented on the official drug use policy of the White House or confirmed whether she thinks it applies to her.
