The radical overreaction to the COVID-19 pandemic from the world’s governments produced a staggering violation of human rights. It wasn’t just Americans who saw their freedoms vanish in order to “slow the spread” of a flu-like disease. People all over the planet were denied the right to travel, conduct business, go to school or church, and in some cases even leave their houses.
The COVID panic revealed the depths to which our government would sink to exert its abusive power and deny us our freedoms. Instead of trusting Americans could make the right choices to stay safe, our government simply took matters into its own hands. And the results were nothing short of a disaster.
Only Donald Trump quickly tried to reverse the massive mistakes the government made. Most Democrats have continued abusive lockdowns, ridiculous mask mandates, and other liberty-denying policies.
But it looks like the future is just as dark, even as life slowly returns to normal. Because Joe Biden might push a policy that will create two classes of citizens—an approach that is being considered all over the world.
The Biden administration is reportedly working on developing coronavirus vaccine passports that would allow Americans to prove that they have been vaccinated since some businesses have indicated that they will require proof of vaccination for people to enter their businesses…
“The White House this month took on a bigger role coordinating government agencies involved in the work, led by coronavirus coordinator Jeff Zients, with a goal of announcing updates in coming days.”
The report said that a digital version of the vaccine passport would be available through smartphone apps and “could display a scannable code similar to an airline boarding pass.” Developers told the Post that people should also have the option of printing out a vaccine passport. The vaccine passports are expected to face “significant hurdles” surrounding data privacy and making sure that the passports cannot be counterfeited. [Source: Daily Wire]
Not only could a “COVID passport” create gross violations of our privacy, but it would permanently transform America into a police state, where people could only experience their God-given freedoms if they took a vaccine (that is still not widely available).
Joe Biden clearly fumbled in his early days in office with the vaccine. His administration took over Trump’s successful project and brought it to a stand-still. States ran out of doses and millions of vials of the stuff were unaccounted for. The fact that America was able to hit a 100 million milestone was actually hindered by Biden, not helped.
So, we can’t help but wonder if this “passport” nonsense is just an attempt by Biden to make it seem like he’s doing something significant on the virus all on his own. Because we know Donald Trump would have never supported such a terrible idea.
A COVID passport is just a front to restrict the rights of those who are not vaccinated. The global aim is to prevent people from traveling who can’t prove they’ve been vaccinated. Locally, it would deny your access to any business, establishment, public venue, etc. that requires proof of vaccination.
It would effectively split our society into the “haves” and the “have nots.” The very kind of discrimination that Democrats claim to be against.
The only silver lining is that Joe Biden is so bad at what he does, he’ll never be able to achieve this plan. Not that any of it is remotely Constitutional to begin with.
