Trump Sets The Record Straight After Fauci Tries To Dismiss Him

If there’s one person Americans have gotten sick of since the outbreak of the COVID panic, it’s Anthony Fauci. For over a year, we’ve been forced to listen to his condescending, raspy voice spread fear and panic over a flu-like disease. Fauci rarely offered hope or guidance, only worry, confusion, and contradictory directions.

Yet the media continue to prop up this man, because he continues to spread the paranoia and hysteria that has marked our lives for a year. Fauci was repeatedly wrong on his predictions of COVID—a fact that Sen. Rand Paul (also a doctor) has criticized him for again and again. Despite Fauci seemingly having no clue about what’s really going on, he has been praised by the left as some kind of savior.

(These are the same people who praised Andrew Cuomo. How’d that work out?)

Now, Fauci seems to be taking credit for something he had nothing to do with. Private labs produced a miracle in providing three viable COVID vaccines in record time. It was made possible by the fact that normal hurdles were removed by the previous administration. Yet Fauci, whose organization had little to do with the effort now appears to be saying it was all him.

Donald Trump had something to say about that.

“And that’s when it became very clear that the decision we made on January the 10th to go all out and develop a vaccine may have been the best decision that I’ve ever made with regard to an intervention as the director of the institute.”

Trump slammed Fauci in a statement and also took a shot at former White House Coronavirus Task Force Coordinate Dr. Deborah Birx, who suggested during the same CNN program that the Trump administration failed to reduce the number of COVID-19 deaths that occurred after the first wave hit the U.S. last Spring.

“We developed American vaccines by an American President in record time, nine months, which is saving the entire world,” Trump said. “We bought billions of dollars of these vaccines on a calculated bet that they would work, perhaps the most important bet in the history of the world. Dr. Fauci and Dr. Birx moved far too slowly, and if it were up to them we’d currently be locked in our basements as our country suffered through a financial depression. Families, and children in particular, would be suffering the mental strains of this disaster like never before.” [Source: Daily Wire]

The virus was quickly politicized and exploited by the media, politicians, and even medical professionals. They turned back on traditional methods for handling a pandemic, to push medieval lockdowns and fearmongering. Both Fauci and Birx lead the charge in irrational, unorthodox, and ultimately ineffective ways of “slowing the spread.”

Now Fauci claims to be taking credit for Trump’s vaccine? Fauci had no clue what was going on at the start of the pandemic. He has been the worst person to provide guidance, apparently more interested in how this crisis brought him money and fame.

Fauci wasn’t the one who cut through red tape and approved billions in vaccine funding. That was Donald Trump. His Operation Warp Speed was criticized by the media, Democrats, and men like Fauci. But only now is the establishment bragging about the success of the vaccine—something none of them were responsible for.

It if had been up to them, we wouldn’t even have a country by now.
