Biden Forces Companies To Break The Law – But He Won’t Get Away With It

Perhaps one of the stupidest decisions made by the Biden administration was announcing a mandate to force millions of Americans to get vaccinated. This rule could put one hundred million Americans out of work, at a time when the economy struggles to recover. From the moment Biden announced his mandate, experts blasted it as unconstitutional and illegal.

Despite the massive blow this has done to his approval, Biden has forged ahead with his agenda. He recently set a January 4 deadline, saying companies will be subjected to inspections and fines if they don’t comply. Twenty-seven states sued the administration, resulting in at least one court blocking the mandate.

Now, the administration is scrambling, once again defying the courts.

“We think we — people should not wait,” Jean Pierre said. “It’s — we say: Do not wait to take actions that will keep your workplace safe. It is important and critical to do, and waiting to get more people vaccinated will lead to more outbreaks and sickness.”

“And so — and what we’re seeing is more businesses and school closures and most lost jobs in — keep us — keep us stuck in a pandemic that we’re trying to end. Like we do not want that to happen. We’re trying to get past this pandemic, and we know the way to do that is to get people vaccinated. So, people should not wait. They should continue to go — move forward and make sure that they’re getting their workplace vaccinated.” [Source: Daily Wire]

Although the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals blocked the mandate, Biden’s deputy press secretary is telling companies not to wait, seemingly suggesting that the mandate will go through. She seems to think forcing people to get a vaccine they do not trust will “end the pandemic.” Funny, since by my accounts the pandemic is long over.

If you go outside, you’ll see few people still worried about a disease with over a 99% recovery rate. Those who wanted to get vaccinated have done so. Everyone else is willing to get on with their lives. In many states, even seeing someone in a face mask is becoming odd and out of place (as it should be). Yet Biden’s administration still pretends like it’s March 2020—and we’re all doomed if we don’t obey.

There’s a good reason why Biden still thinks this way. No matter how many times he fails, no matter how much damage he causes to the country, he can blame the pandemic. From worker shortages to supply chain problems to out-of-control inflation, he’ll just shrug his shoulders and claim it’s the virus’s fault.

The problem is people know this was all his doing. His poor decisions and inability to lead have resulted in too many crises to count. And we know that even if 100% of the country is vaccinated, he will continue to fail.

The virus is an easy scapegoat, but nobody’s buying it. Biden’s approval continues to hit new lows as the country gets worse and worse.

Something tells me, mandate or no, few people are going to get the shot.
