If you were to talk to Democrats (I feel sorry for you), you’d think that Donald Trump was done for. He “lost” the 2020 Election, after all. Democrats are conducting another investigation that will surely prove he broke the law. And social media sites continue to blacklist his accounts, in an effort that proves just how pathetic and yellow-bellied these companies are.
But Trump is far from being stuck in the country’s rearview mirror. Not even close.
Even as the left writes him off as a has-been, it seems Trump’s popularity is growing. That’s especially true thanks to Joe Biden, who is such a bad president, liberal voters are turning on him. Donald Trump has yet to announce a presidential run for 2024, but he has vowed to help the GOP win big this year. He’s even set up major PACs and has held his legendary rallies in states across America.
And his team just revealed how much cash they are bringing in.
Former President Trump’s political operation raised over $51 million in the second half of 2021, according to new federal filings.
The fundraising haul brings Trump’s total campaign war chest entering 2022 to $122 million — roughly double the Republican National Committee’s cash on hand…
The $122 million is in federal accounts that don’t allow the money to be spent on a presidential run but allow Trump to fully fund such political operations as rallies, TV ads and direct money to his businesses, The Times reports. [Source: Just the News]
Trump raised over $51 million through the second half of last year. And he entered 2022 with a staggering $122 million. That’s not something you do when you’re “done with America.” Or when America is done with you. All that cash was raised through various PACs Trump has founded. Most of it, as we all know, are small-dollar donations from everyday Americans.
What’s even more amazing is that this money isn’t for a possible 2024 run. It is simply going toward the Republican Party’s efforts to win 2022. Trump raised this war chest just to help Republican candidates challenge the liberal establishment and flip Congress from blue to red. Not to mention other key races at the state and local level.
Trump has so far used this money to hold rallies, air television ads, and even run Facebook ads. Yes, his PACs can run ads on Facebook, even though the platform banned Trump’s personal account. These liberals have no problem taking his money—even as they censor him.
Let’s not gloss over the fact that Americans are opening their wallets to support Trump, even during financially hard and uncertain times. Even as inflation rises and the economy teeters thanks to Joe, Americans continue to donate to Trump. What doe that tell you about the enthusiasm felt by millions of people?
Democrats should be getting even more nervous than they already were.
