Dems Midterms Prospects Fade, as Republicans Gain Commanding Lead

You’ve probably read about a “Red Wave” that could sweep over our country this Fall. But what does that even mean? First, we have to keep in mind that—for over a year—Democrats have been in charge of the government. They control the House, the Senate, and the White House since 2021. And what do they have to show for it?

Well, the economy is in freefall. Gas prices are skyrocketing. Inflation is hammering every business in the country. American’s can’t heat their homes or put food on the table. Our border is out of control. And several countries are on the verge of invasion, as America refuses to help. So, yeah, Democrats have not what we’d call a stellar term.

And it seems rumors of a Red Wave are not a fantasy.

As the 2022 midterms approach, Republicans hold a double-digit lead in the Congressional generic ballot, according to a new poll.

The poll of 1,073 likely midterm voters, conducted by the Trafalgar Group and Convention of States action, found that respondents favored Republicans in the generic ballot by nearly 13 points; 54.4% of respondents favored a Republican candidate in the midterm elections, while just 41.9% favored a Democratic candidate. This is why so many House Democrats are retiring or not seeking re-election. It’s because Republicans have a 12.5 point lead over Democrats. You might think that’s not a big deal. But we’ve never seen Republicans leading by that much in these kinds of generic polls. Democrats, even when they lose big, always have at least a few points over Republicans in these polls.

Such a dramatic gap shows you just how outraged Americans are at Democrats. And this goes beyond the terrible year Biden and his flunkies had. It goes back to when Democrats at the state level shut down the country over the COVID panic. How Democrats demonized regular Americans for refusing to wear masks or get shots.

How Democrats shut down schools, subjecting children to mental illness and depression. How Democrats continue to grab as much power as they can, still using COVID as a boogeyman.

Did they really think Americans would be happy with this kind of treatment? Of course, not. Which is why they tried to destroy our elections with those bogus “voting rights” bills. Democrats knew Biden didn’t win fairly. And that if they could make voter ID illegally and mail-in ballots universal, they could cheat just enough to win every time.

The last thing on their minds is finding a way to reconnect with voters and listen to their concerns.

Not only that, but Republicans are coming up with new, innovative ways to reach out to traditionally liberal communities. In states across America, conservative PACs are building networks in inner cities and minority communities. They are reaching voters at a grassroots level, at a time when Democrats are ignoring them.

This Red Wave might be bigger than anyone thinks.
