Democrats Desperately Come To Terms With Their Demise

The numbers are not good for Dems regarding the incoming midterms for a long time. Even last August, we have seen Biden’s approval collapse, dragging down his members with him. GOP members now have a commanding lead on the ballot, the likes of which they have not seen in many election cycles.

Democrats have desperately searched for a way out, talking to every consultant and attempting to strategize a plan to get back lost ground. With the recent set of Democratic House retirements, though, it feels like there is a big shift happening when it comes to expectations. Now, we are getting more evidence of this.

A White House official has spoke on the condition of anonymity:

“Biden has blind spots with his staff and he should not be getting the second-worst approval rating of all time with all the positive things he has done. If it were me, I would re-evaluate the advice I was getting and the people I surround myself with. I do not see this happening.”

“It feels like there is a wave coming and nobody is doing anything to stop it,” the White House official said.

The thing is, Biden has not done positive things as the president. Looking at his record, he has passed a boondoggle, coronavirus relief bill that caused massive inflation, and then there was the infrastructure bill that had a lot of liberal items. Including the relief payments to American farmers that discriminated against white farmers.

There is no sugarcoating the huge 7.5 percent inflation that is destroying savings and the middle-class in America. You can’t sugarcoat Russia being on the march due to Joe Biden’s fecklessness. You cannot gloss over illegals flooding through at astronomical levels, while crime rates also go up across the country. Those realities will exist no matter the messaging coming from the Biden White House.

So, while November is coming and dealing with what will happen is a part of the process for the left, there is no real evidence any lessons were learned. Sure, there is talk of changing the messaging, yet Dem policies stay radical and even more alienating to normal Americans.
