Liberals Who Targeted Clarence Thomas Get The Shock Of A Lifetime

On Sunday, a conservative constitutional lawyer and George Washington University Law School professor named Jonathan Turley refused to back down after being challenged by Democrats for calling for the impeachment of Clarence Thomas, a Supreme Court justice.

Last week, left-wing and Democratic lawmakers urged Justice Thomas to step down or be impeached over text messages that Virginia “Ginni” Thomas sent Mr. Meadows after the 2020 election.

The messages encouraged Trump’s team to resist the election results’ certification. There was no allusion to Justice Thomas or the Supreme Court in any of them. The majority of the communications were sent in November 2020, with one mailing on Jan. 7 following up.

Despite the fact that there was no evidence that Justice Thomas had committed any wrongdoing, his critics charged him with unethical compromise.

According to Turley, the response from Democrats is nothing new, because when you’re a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

In a piece for Turley’s Law Blog, he wrote that charges of impeachment against Justice Thomas are “completely divorced from any constitutional or logical basis” and show how the Democrats have an “irrational impeachment mania.”

What’s most absurd about the impeachment demands, Turley pointed out, is that Democrats have previously praised efforts to question the legitimacy of former President George W. Bush.

The difficulties, on the other hand, create a significant issue that the Founding Fathers wanted to avoid.

“The calls for the impeachment of Thomas are crazy, but there is nothing amusing about the impeachment mania fueling this frenzy,” Turley added. “People of good faith may differ on the need of Thomas to recuse himself from specific Commission-related cases.

“However, impeaching Justice Thomas based on this would put all justices at risk of politically motivated impeachment,” he added. “That is precisely what the Framers sought to prevent in our Constitution.”

Democrats are on a rampage to destroy any and all conservatives from America. To have a conservative that seems to be pro-Trump on the Supreme Court is enough to drive them crazy. They will not stop until they are successful at de-Trumping the whole country.
