Leading Arizona Candidate for Gov Promises ‘Armed Troops’ to Defend the Border

It’s no secret that Joe Biden deliberately weakened our Southern border. Sure, latte-sipping liberals in New York might not agree. But every one that is paying attention sees the damage Biden’s decisions have done to the country. Over two million illegals flooded the border last year. Chances are, that number will be topped by mid-2022. Biden has spent tax dollars to bus illegals to communities all across the country. His goal is obvious: to use aliens to alter the voting demographics in numerous swing and red districts.

Biden continues to ignore calls from state leaders to secure the border. In fact, he is planning on making it worse, by canceling Title 42. That rule allowed border agents the ability to expel illegals quickly. Now, far more will be headed for the border, convinced they will be given red-carpet treatment. This crisis is triggering strong responses from people living along the border. Including one Arizona candidate for governor.

A leading candidate for Arizona governor says she would declare her state is under invasion on her first day in office and send armed troops to seal the border from illegal immigrants.

Kari Lake, a Republican endorsed by former President Donald Trump, laid out her plans Wednesday in an interview with the Just the News TV show on Real America’s Voice…

“We already have a tsunami at our border with this invasion,” Lake said, but it will be “nothing compared to what’s about to hit us when Title 42 is pulled away.” [Source: Just the News]

Because Biden refused to enforce the law and protect our border, people are getting desperate. Illegal aliens are crossing over wherever they can, including into private property. Border towns are overwhelmed with migrants and criminals. It’s free rein for drug cartels, who are exploiting the crisis as much as they can. How long before every corner of the country is decimated by this unending wave of illegals?

We can’t blame Lake for suggesting such an extreme measure. Biden has done nothing to keep illegals and criminal aliens from entering our borders. The first thing a president vows to do is protect the United States. Biden has done nothing close to that, as he imports new voters—I mean, poor, innocent migrants—into the country.

Could a governor send armed troops to “seal” the border? That’s not for us to say. But Texas has been implementing a variety of measures to keep illegals out. The governor sent troops to aid border agents. And the state is building more of Trump’s border wall. It is possible Arizona can send troops to discourage illegal crossings, but it is unlikely they can actually do anything to stop them.

Unless you believe National Guard troops mowing down illegals is the right thing.

Without a president actually upholding our laws, little can be done to fix this crisis.
