Florida Joins Conservative States to Pass New, Strong Pro-life Law

As Joe Biden and Democrats flunk at the state and federal level, Republicans are scoring huge wins. State and local Republican leaders are ranking up major legislative landmarks, which will reap benefits for years to come. And the biggest issue they are striking back against is one Democrats have idolized for decades.

The Supreme Court is deciding the fate of Roe v. Wade. A ruling might come soon that either totally dismantles this outdated case or significantly weakens it. But states aren’t waiting for that ruling to strike a blow against the barbaric practice of abortions. Mississippi, Texas, Oklahoma, and Kentucky have passed strong pro-life bills in recent months.

And now, Florida is following them.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) on Thursday signed legislation to protect unborn babies in the Sunshine State, banning abortions after 15 weeks.

Speaking from Nacion de Fe in Kissimmee, Florida, the governor made it clear that they are committed to “defend those that can’t defend themselves.

“We are here to protect life,” DeSantis declared, announcing his intention to sign HB 5…

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis just signed a bill into law that bans abortions for pregnancies 15 weeks or longer. The law also establishes fetal infant mortality review committees to enforce this law and ensure it is being followed.

This major development comes after DeSantis signed a law that protects young children in public schools. The law prevents teachers from discuss sexuality and gender issues in grades three and lower. This particular outraged the left, exposing Disney for being a radical, woke company with an extreme agenda.

Democrats aren’t going to like this new pro-life law. But they’ll just have to add it to the growing number of states banning abortions or making it harder for the left to exterminate life.

But much will be decided by the Supreme Court. They have yet to reveal their ruling on Roe v. Wade and recent state laws. Given the court is 6-3 conservative, there is a good chance pro-life Americans will receive a major win. You can expect Chief Justice Roberts to betray conservatives yet again and side with the liberal wing, but that will still be 5-4 pro-life ruling.

What happens then? All the states that recently passed pro-life laws will have those laws backed by the Supreme Court. Many other states might quickly pass their own versions of those laws. Democrats, panicking, will rush to pass extreme abortion measures in places like California, New York, and Illinois.

But their extreme measures might upset voters in their own states, triggering reactions at the polls.
