Border Patrol agents in the Del Rio area arrested a pair of previously deported child sex offenders after they illegally re-entered Texas. One of the people apprehended had been kicked out of the country ten times in the previous two years.
On April 13, a Border Patrol agent arrested Humberto Alvarez-Peralta, 42, at the Del Rio Station border after he illegally entered Texas from Mexico. According to officials with the Del Rio Border Patrol, a biometric background check revealed that Alvarez-Peralta was convicted in a Liberty, Texas court for sexual assault on a child.
The attorney for Alvarez-Peralta, Alex Hilderbrand, said the immigration history of his client includes ten deportations in the previous two years. The most recent was just last month.
On the following day, Comstock Station agents arrested a Mexican man named Hipolito Hernandez-Acosta, 63, for illegally crossing into the United States. A records check revealed a conviction in Georgia in 1995 for statutory rape, according to authorities.
Information in Hernandez-Acosta’s court file and immigration records reveals a lengthy criminal history and three deportations, the most recent of which took place in March 2022.
Breitbart Texas has covered the arrest of illegal immigrants with criminal histories for sex offenses against minors in cities around the United States.
In a single week, agents in the Del Rio area detained five additional sexual offenders. On April 5, a Mexican national attempting to conceal himself among a group of 15 undocumented immigrants was captured by CBP officials. Santa Maria-Vasquez was convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor in Indiana in 2009.
“Since the beginning of FY 2022, October 1, through February 28, Del Rio area has arrested 19 convicted sexual offenders,” officials from the Del Rio area stated. “Both subjects face a charge of 8 USC 1326 – Re-entry After Deportation, which gives a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison.”
This proves that Biden has aided the worst kind of criminal in coming into the borders of the country and maybe even helped them come to your own community.
