CNN Analyst Predicts Massive Red Wave in Congress for 2022

You’ve probably heard by now that many are predicting that Republicans will win big this midterm season. But you might not know why people are saying this. Sure, we can look at the facts. Joe Biden is the worst “president” in our nation’s history. He is dragging his party down with tremendous failures. And his party is doing nothing to check his agenda, encouraging all the problems we are seeing.

But that might not be enough to convince some people that voters are excited to vote Dems out of office. So, let Harry Enten, a CNN reporter, explain just why even the liberal media is predicting a terrible year for Democrats.

CNN’s senior data reporter Harry Enten said Monday on “The Lead” that Republicans will win a massive majority in the U.S. House of Representatives in the November midterm elections…

“…Basically, I took the best Republican positions on the generic congressional ballot at this point in midterm cycles since 1938 — that generic ballot basically is, ‘Would you vote for the generic Republican or generic Democrat in your district?’ And guess what, since 1938, the Republican two-point lead on the generic congressional ballot is the best position for Republicans at this point in any midterm cycle in over 80 years…”

“…but my estimate for the 2023 House makeup, if the election were held today, which again, it isn’t, we still have five months, five months from tomorrow, would be Republicans, 236 seats to 241 seats. Democrats, 194 to 199. That’s based off a formula of seat-to-seat race ratings from the Cook Political Report and Inside Elections.”

Tapper said, “That is a stomping, or that would be a stomping.”

CNN’s own data reporter had to admit that, based on generic ballot polling, Republicans are in a strong position to win the majority in the House. He explained that when Republicans even have a slight lead over Democrats in these polls, they win the majority.

But generic polling doesn’t have Republicans winning by just two points. Some of the polls we’ve seen recently have Republicans winning from anywhere between 4 to 8 points, a massive lead we’ve never seen before.

That is why Enten, even with his qualifying statements, admits that Republicans could have as many as 241 seats in the House. Even partisan Tapper had to admit that was a “stomping.”

CNN might not understand why Democrats are facing such heavy losses. But the rest of us do. Over the last few years, Democrats have encouraged riots, locked down entire states, subjected children to drag queens, mandated vaccinations, defunded the police, and passed inflation-producing spending bills.

That’s not even getting into their unwillingness to secure the border and end the migrant crisis.

Democrats have sat back and let Biden destroy the country. When they’re not acting like deranged tyrants themselves. It’s no mystery why Americans are poised to vote them out of office.

Yet still, the left can’t see it.
