President Joe Biden signed a bulk of EOs this week, including one that is based on gender and sex-based policies. The new President claimed that his office wants to guarantee that Americans get “equal treatment under the law” regardless of sexual orientation and gender.
The EO is directly linked to the Supreme Court ruling named Bostock v. Clayton County, where the court found that employee discrimination based upon sexual orientation or gender identity breaks the 1964 Civil Rights Act.
“All citizens should get equal treatment under the law, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity,” Biden said. “These truths are shown in the Constitution, which pledges equal protection of the laws. These truths are also reflected in America’s anti-discrimination laws, one of which is Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act. And in Bostock v. Clayton County, 590 U.S. _ (2020), the highest court in the nation ruled that Title VII’s language on discrimination covers sexual orientation and gender identity.”
The order would let gender identity take precedent in schools, and the Biden administration has said that children should not be worried about “being stopped from accessing the locker room, restroom, or school sports.” As a result, the EO would let biological males enter and compete with females, for the sake of the far-left “gender identity” agenda.
On day 1, Biden unilaterally eviscerates women’s sports. Any educational institution that receives federal funding must admit biologically-male athletes to women’s teams, women’s scholarships, etc.

During his quest for “unity” Biden will be signing even more executive orders during his first days in the oval office.
